Sanjeev Verma has done post-graduation and Certified as a trained counsellor for Life-Skills conversations, workshops, coaching and counselling practices. Because of his innate passion and life-skills insights, he had gained over more than 12+ years of extensive experience in private coaching & counselling for students / adolescent and parents. In this phase of his life, he had developed effective techniques, methods and processes to inspire and motivate people to identify positive ways to address the challenges in their life. He believes that as a professional conversationalist, counsellor or guide, it is imperative to consistently understand one's emotional state (with empathy), complex perceptions, cultural impressions, thinking boundaries and expectations without any prejudices.
While having almost two decades of professional career within domestic and multi-national enterprises, he has worked as industry leader, advisor and consultant. During this phase of his career, he had extensive interaction with cross-domain professionals, large teams, individuals, leaders, mentors and entrepreneurs of almost all age-group. He has developed niche expertise to understand diversified cultural & perception-based influences, persuasive communication skills, and ability to perceive the dynamics of positive and negative energies inside us which influences our decisions and outcomes.
As a founder of Sparsh-to-Heal, he has envisioned a framework to provide life-long support for right personal and professional strategies encompassing all parts of life. This framework will ensure a balance between our social imperatives and natural being. Also, it is driven by ethical, confidential and integrity-based guidelines.
As a conversationalist / coach / mentor / counsellor he has been successfully addressing challenges faced by individuals / couples / groups / children / adolescent / parents / professionals. All the techniques, processes and methods he has developed (and evolving); are studied and researched from Upanishads, Psychology literature and personal experiences.
